Exercise and, above all,
gymnastics is intended to activate and train the muscle pump. The more
diverse you can make your gymnastics, the more fun you will have doing it.
No restrictions are placed on your creativity so you can, for example, grip
cloths or marbles with your toes, roll a ball or roll of cardboard back and
forth with the soles of your feet and possibly include a Thera-Band® in
your exercises.
The most important thing is to perform these exercises regularly (preferably
once a day). This may initially call for a certain amount of will power, but
after a short time it will become second nature.
To give you a start we have put together a few exercises.
Have fun!

| Exercise 1 |
 |
Warm-up: stand with legs
shoulder-width apart. Slowly raise your shoulders, keep them there for a
moment and then lower them again. Repeat this several times.
To relax the shoulders rotate them backwards, then forwards, first one
shoulder at a time, then both together.
Still in the same position: stretch the right hand as far as possible
diagonally up and to the left. Hold the position for a moment, then lower the
arm again. 3 times with each arm.
