Take up the same starting position as in
the previous exercise but stretch your arms away from your body. Raise your
feet from the floor and stretch your legs out slowly without touching the
floor. Bring your legs close to the body again and put your feet on the
floor. Repeat this exercise 5 times. Then lie on your back and breath slowly
and deeply. If you have still got enough strength, you can do some cycling:
raise your legs up in the air and make pedalling movements.
